Come Up Seven is, and has always been, a passion project for me. I’ve loved it, I’ve believed in it, I’ve learned from it, and I’ve grown because of it. It has been an incredible experiment for me.
You’ve all been incredibly supportive of us. From day one, our friends were spreading the word, buying tees, and saying really nice words to Mitch and I regarding the brand. For that, I am incredibly grateful.
Unfortunately, Come Up Seven has never been my primary occupation. It was a side business I ran with Mitch, along with being a full-time freelance designer. Recently, I was offered and accepted a design position with a company that would ultimately make my involvement with Come Up Seven a conflict of interest, and thus I’ve decided to depart from our brand.
What the future holds for Come Up Seven, I’m not entirely sure. I hope Mitch pursues it further, and finds another designer who has as much to give and gain from this venture as I did.
I can’t thank you all enough for the support you’ve given us in this project. It was truly an amazing experience.
